Drawing

Even students who are too young to communicate their ideas in writing can share their ideas using pictures. Here are some free online drawing sites I like.

PaintGo is an ABCya! site. Students can draw using a pencil, a variety of brushes or a paint can. It also allow for text. Drawings created on this site can be printed or saved as a .jpg.
Drawz it is a beta site that has lots of options, including inserting photos. The real plus of this site is that it offers an embed code and a url for the drawing as well as downloads.

This Crayola site offers a variety of markers and colours. Completed pictures can be printed.

SumoPaint has the most options for drawing, but is also the most complicated to use.  It allows saving and emailing of images.
